Job Description

As a Senior Software Developer / Technical Leader you will be responsible of the direction of the technical team on the approach to implement software solutions.

You will help doing code reviews and making sure that the whole team deliver superior technical solutions.
You will also be responsible to implement user stories and architect the overall solution.

Desired Skills & Experience

Java/J2EE senior developer
TDD - Test Driven Development
Unit Testing - JUnit
Expert on OO design - Object Oriented
Mentoring/Pairing capabilities
Strong knowledge of Design Patterns such as:
Inversion of Control also known as Dependency Injection; Strategy; Singleton; Command; Observer Pattern
Strong knowledge of Spring and Hibernate Frameworks
At least 4 to 5 years of strong core java experience, that means, not only web based apps
